Dance Classes

Competitive Dance
Competitive dance is a popular activity in which competitors perform dances in any of several permitted dance styles—such as Acro, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop, and Modern.

Pointe
Pointe techniques is part of classical ballet technique in which the ballet dancers supports her/his body on the tips of their fully extended feet, while wearing blocked satin shoes that allow the dancer to raise up and down.

Contemporary
Contemporary Dance combines the strong, controlled legwork of ballet with the modern dance that stresses on the torso movements. It employs the contract- release, floor work, fall and recovery and improvisation characteristics of modern dance.

Lyrical
Lyrical dance is a combination of ballet and jazz dance that often uses music with lyrics to inspire the movements of the dancer. Choreographers use the lyrics from the song to inspire the dance and the result is a style that focuses on strong emotion as well as a more individual approach than some dance styles.

Acro
Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements. Its a beautiful seamless blend of dance and acrobatics.

Ballet
Modern Ballet is a beautiful combination of classical ballet and modern dancing the techniques used for this dance are also derived from ancient ballet dancing and other dancing fortes.

Tap
Tap Dance, style of dance in which a dancer wearing shoes fitted with heel and toe taps sounds out audible beats by rhythmically striking the floor or any other hard surface

Hip-Hop
Hip Hop Dance is a style of movement characterized by bounces and rocks, executed to Hip Hop music.

Jazz
Jazz Dance is combining African and European dance styles, jazz dance features improvisation. It pairs animated expressions with sharp yet fluid motions, setting it apart from traditional styles of dance.
